Common questions
A menu scan is missing or inaccurate
Try again in good light, keep the menu flat, and make sure the full page is visible. Handwriting, glare, folds, and decorative fonts can reduce recognition quality.
Allergen or dietary information looks wrong
Menuscript’s ingredient and allergen information is generated as guidance and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm allergies and dietary requirements directly with restaurant staff before ordering.
The dish image does not match the restaurant’s plate
Dish images are AI-generated illustrations, not photos of the restaurant’s actual food. Preparation and presentation will vary.
The app is not processing a menu
Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, restart the app and include a screenshot when contacting support.
